Core Responsibilities:

  • Invoicing and billing: Generate and send invoices to clients.
  • Payment processing: Receive, track, and post customer payments accurately.
  • Account reconciliation: Reconcile accounts receivable to ensure all transactions and balances are correct.
  • Collections: Contact customers regarding overdue balances and negotiate payment arrangements.
  • Discrepancy resolution: Investigate and resolve any discrepancies in payments or accounts.
  • Reporting: Create and monitor reports, such as accounts receivable aging, and assist with month-end closing processes.
  • Customer maintenance: Maintain customer accounts and records, and serve as the point of contact for billing and payment inquiries.
  • Credit checks: Conduct credit checks on new clients.
