What you'll do:
- Partner with Global Sales Leadership to drive productivity through data-driven insights, forecasting accuracy, and pipeline health.
- Analyze sales performance data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities; present actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
- Lead initiatives to improve sales processes, tools, and workflows across the Quote-to-Cash cycle.
- Own and enhance KPI tracking and reporting; ensure data integrity and visibility across Salesforce and Clari.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Enablement, Finance, and Marketing to align on revenue-driving strategies.
- Facilitate Deal Desk and Office Hours with a focus on strategic deal structuring and policy alignment.
- Support CPQ optimization and training; serve as a subject matter expert for sales systems and tools.
What you'll bring:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
- 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or related roles.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in Excel, Salesforce, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI).
- Proven ability to synthesize data into insights and drive process improvements.
- Experience managing projects or initiatives with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with Clari, Responsive, or similar forecasting and quoting tools is a plus.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and operational excellence.
