Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Capital Markets Manager to join our growing team In this role, you will be responsible for leading and supporting the execution of financing and capital markets transactions, including debt issuances and asset-backed securities (ABS). You will be responsible for developing investor materials, maintaining robust financial models, and close coordination with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful execution of capital-raising activities. In this position, you will directly support Brightspeed's ability to secure and manage capital effectively, enabling the company to fund growth and deliver on its strategic priorities. By managing financing processes, preparing high-quality analysis and presentations, and fostering strong relationships with investors, lenders, rating agencies, and advisors, you will strengthen Brightspeed's financial position and credibility in the market.
As a Capital Markets Manager, your duties and responsibilities will include:
- Lead and support execution of capital markets transactions, including debt issuances and ABS
- Prepare pitch books, investor presentations, and related materials for capital-raising and financing activities
- Build and maintain financial models in support of transactions and special projects, ensuring accuracy and integrity
- Collaborate cross-functionally with FP&A, Accounting, Treasury, and Business Units to align on financing activities
- Partner with external parties such as investment banks, legal advisors, rating agencies, and equity sponsors to execute transactions effectively
- Support management in investor and third-party communications, ensuring consistent and accurate messaging
WHAT IT TAKES TO CATCH OUR EYE:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in capital markets, investment banking, corporate finance, or treasury
- Proven experience supporting or leading financing transactions and investor communications
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills with high attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to synthesize complex information for senior management and external stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment

- Master's degree in Finance, Economics, or MBA
- Direct experience with debt capital markets, ABS, or private placements
- Familiarity with rating agency processes and equity sponsor interactions
- Demonstrated ability to build strong internal and external relationships
