Position: ALLIED-MLT-Medical Laboratory Technician (Travel/Contract)

We're hiring experienced ALLIED-MLT-Medical Laboratory Technician for a 13-week contract in Bentonville, Arkansas — earn up to ($1018 - $1072 per week) while providing essential care at a leading facility. Most candidates will need to have at least 2 years of recent experience in the specialty.

Responsibilities

• Perform laboratory tests and procedures accurately and efficiently.
• Document and report test results in a timely manner.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
• Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Engage in performance evaluations and set personal growth goals.
• Adhere to safety and quality control protocols in the laboratory.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and laboratory accreditation.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to discuss test results.
• Utilize data analysis to improve laboratory processes and outcomes.
• Assist in the development of new laboratory procedures and techniques.
• Contribute to team meetings and share insights for continuous improvement.
• Monitor inventory levels of laboratory supplies and reorder as necessary.

Experience/Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in test documentation.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and training.
• Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science or related field.
• Proficiency in laboratory testing procedures and equipment maintenance.
• Strong analytical skills for data analysis and process improvement.
• Certification as a Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) is preferred.
• Familiarity with regulatory standards and laboratory accreditation.
• Ability to set personal growth goals and engage in performance evaluations.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team.
• Experience in inventory management for laboratory supplies.
