About the Position

We are seeking Part-Time Seasonal Bartenders to be part of the Food & Beverage department, reporting to the Restaurant Manager. You'll get the opportunity to foster a culture of creating memorable experiences for members and their guests. Our ideal candidate has excellent communication skills and delivers a high level of member service while maintaining the highest integrity. You will work well under pressure, be a team player, organized, flexible, self-motivated, and reliable.

You'll have a chance to work with a passionate year-round Food & Beverage team of managers, supervisors, front and back of the house individuals, along with an exceptional group of seasonal people from around the world.

What You'll Do

  • Great members and guests warmly as they approach the bar.
  • Mix and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, following standard recipes.
  • Ensure consistent beverage quality by adhering to recipes and representation guidelines.
  • Monitor member satisfaction, addressing any issues promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar equipment. Keep the bar area well stocked and always organized.
  • Perform regular inventory checks and restock supplies as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with legal drinking age requirements.

Requirements:

Skills & Experience

  • Minimum of at least (3) months of bartending experience in the hospitality industry.
  • Must have basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation.
  • Ability to use POS technology effectively.
  • Ability to meet physical requirements: standing, walking, and carrying up to 50 pounds.
  • Must have effective verbal and written communication skills.
