Lead Global Events & Partner Campaigns at a High-Growth B2B Company
Position: Senior Field Marketing Manager (Global, AUS + NA focus)
Location: US- Remote #LI-Remote
Travel: 10-25% global travel required
Reports to: Head of Marketing

We're hiring a Senior Field Marketing Manager to take our global events and partner campaigns to the next level. You'll drive event excellence across North America and Australia while providing global consistency and executional leadership to ensure every marketing delivers value.
 

What You'll Do

•    Manage end-to-end execution of in-person events in North America & Australia

•    Build and scale a repeatable global webinar program with partners

•    Develop joint campaigns with channel and tech partners

•    Align closely with Sales, Content, and Digital teams to drive ROI

•    Track event/webinar performance and optimize for pipeline impact

•    Manage budgets and vendors to deliver standout event experiences

•    You will travel internationally 10–25% to attend and manage events. 
 

What We're Looking For

•    5+ years of B2B marketing experience, with a focus on event and partner marketing

•    Hands-on experience running events in Global Events, ideally North America & Australia

•    Experience running engaging webinar programs 

•    Strong project management and cross-functional alignment skills

•    CRM and marketing tool proficiency (e.g., Cvent, Zoom, Hubspot, Salesforce, MSCRM)

•    You're organized, driven, and passionate about measurable impact

Salary Range: $75,000 - $85,000 USD annually-Compensation information provided is a good faith estimate for this position only. Factors that may be used to determine your actual salary may include your specific skills as well as the years of experience you have. Similar positions located in different geographic regions will not necessarily receive the same compensation.
