Assistant MDS Nurse
Job Duties:
The Assistant MDS Nurse is responsible for ensuring that the RAI is completed by all disciplines per federal guidelines. The Assistant MDS Nurse conducts and coordinates the development and completion of the client assessment (MDS) in accordance with current rules, regulations and guidelines that govern the client assessment including the WRAP and triggers.

Qualifications
- Current licensure in the State of California as a RN, LVN, or LPT.
- CPR and first aid certified.
- Minimum 1+ years' experience required.
- Previous experience in geriatric mental health nursing preferred but not required.

The salary range listed below represents the minimum and maximum base pay per hour at the time of posting. Final salary offered to the candidate selected for the position will be based on factors including but not limited to candidate's skills, experience, licensure, and program acuity.
