Job Summary

Preferred Foot and Ankle and Pediatric Foot and Ankle are seeking a motivated, organized, and creative Marketer to support both our adult and growing pediatric podiatry practices. This role plays a key part in maintaining strong referral relationships, coordinating community outreach, and promoting our practices to patients, families, and healthcare partners. The ideal candidate enjoys relationship-building, community involvement, and healthcare marketing in a fast-paced medical environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies for Preferred Foot and Ankle and Pediatric Foot and Ankle
  • Maintain and grow relationships with referral sources, including pediatricians, primary care providers, schools, athletic programs, and community partners
  • Coordinate, attend, and represent the practices at community events, health fairs, school events, and networking opportunities
  • Track and follow up with referral sources to ensure consistent communication and engagement
  • Create and manage social media content that is informative, family-friendly, and patient-focused
  • Assist with website content, blogs, and educational materials for both adult and pediatric patients
  • Manage online reputation, including patient reviews, in a HIPAA-compliant manner
  • Promote services and conditions such as pediatric foot and ankle concerns, sports injuries, fractures, heel pain, ingrown toenails, and general podiatric care
  • Track marketing efforts, referral activity, and outreach outcomes and provide reports to leadership
  • Ensure all marketing and outreach efforts comply with HIPAA and healthcare advertising guidelines

Qualifications

  • Marketing experience required; healthcare or medical practice marketing strongly preferred
  • Experience with referral marketing and community outreach
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable interacting with physicians, staff, referral partners, parents, and patients
  • Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple ongoing outreach initiatives
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and basic digital marketing
  • Understanding of HIPAA compliance (or willingness to learn)

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

  • Medical, podiatry, or pediatric marketing experience
  • Experience coordinating community or school-based events
  • Canva, social media scheduling tools, or website platform experience
  • Basic photography or short-form video content creation
  • Spanish-speaking is a plus (not required)
