To strengthen its global finance leadership team, we are recruiting a
Vice President, Global Controller
. This is a
critical executive role
, reporting directly to the CFO, with exposure to the Board, the Audit Committee, and the PE sponsor.The position offers the opportunity to
lead the global controllership and accounting function
across multiple regions (North America, India, Middle East, Asia) and play a central role in building a world-class finance organization aligned with the group's growth ambitions.

Your Mission

As VP, Global Controller, you will:

  • Lead all global accounting operations
    , including general ledger, consolidation, project accounting, and statutory reporting under
    US GAAP
    ;
  • Drive accuracy and transparency
    in financial reporting across a complex international footprint;
  • Oversee
    project-based revenue recognition (ASC 606)
    for large-scale, multi-phase engineering and capital projects;
  • Build and maintain a
    robust internal control framework
    to support future scalability and compliance;
  • Manage external audits and relationships with local accounting and tax advisors;
  • Partner closely with the CFO and VP FP&A to ensure alignment between reporting, planning, and execution;
  • Lead and develop multicultural teams
    based in the US and India, fostering collaboration, accountability, and professional growth;
  • Play a key role in the company's
    ERP transformation
    (SAP environment), driving systems integration and automation initiatives.

About You

We are looking for a high-impact finance leader with:

  • A
    CPA qualification
    and a strong academic foundation in Accounting or Finance;
  • 10+ years of progressive accounting and controllership experience
    in multinational or complex organizations;
  • Deep expertise in
    US GAAP
    , consolidation, and project-based revenue recognition;
  • Proven ability to
    lead global teams
    across time zones and cultures;
  • Experience in
    engineering, industrial, or capital project environments
    ;
  • A background in
    PE-backed or transformation settings
    , with a hands-on yet strategic approach;
  • Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills — capable of influencing at the highest levels.
