POSITION DESCRIPTION:

The Post Permission to Operate (PTO) Associate will support the Vendor Management team by working directly with vendors and internal partners on specialized loan level inquiries processes, requiring customer interaction and keen attention to detail. This role will also be responsible for creating and maintaining procedures to support these processes. This is a high-visibility roleina fast-growing team with an opportunity to contribute to the business's portfolio success.

This position will be based out of one of our offices in Irvine, CA; San Francisco, CA; or Teaneck, NJ, with a potential in-office schedule set at the direct manager's discretion in accordance with the company policies and procedures. Remote work may be available for exceptional cases.

Responsibilities

• Works across parties, including customers and installers, on account transfers and assumptions, account modifications, account reinstatements and other processes requiring high touch attention.
• Communicates the details of each process, including all steps and requirements from each party.
• Provides ongoing, proactive communication to all parties throughout each process.
• Partners with internal and vendor personnel on loan level inquiries requiring internal assistance and coordination.
• Provides outreach, follow up support and documentation to assist with new and ongoing projects.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 1 – 2+ years relevant experience within a financial institution.
• Results-oriented and proactive team player with good business acumen.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Experience working in a high-tech environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills

Preferred Qualifications

• One year of work experience in Solar finance.
