Bring your talents to our tight-knit team and provide the support our Laboratory Professionals need to complete tests on tissue & fluid samples that drive high-quality care and caring. As a Laboratory Assistant you can help provide quality patient care triaging specimens in our fast-paced lab while interacting with multiple levels of hospital leadership including Physicians & Nurses, Pathologist Assistants & Path Techs in this highly visible position.

This is a full time position, Monday-Friday with hours from 8:00 am - 4:00 PM. Location is our NYP Weill Cornell campus on Manhattan's Upper East Side.

Preferred Criteria

  • Some college or technical courses

  • Laboratory processing experience

  • Epic Beaker experience

  • Strong communication skills, written and verbal  

Required Criteria

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • Prior data entry experience
