We are hiring a dependable, motivated Dog Bather / Kennel Attendant to join our team at Miami's premier dog boarding and daycare facility. This is a hands-on, physically active role ideal for someone who loves dogs and wants to grow in animal care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Bathe, dry, brush, and handle dogs of all sizes and breeds
  • Clean and sanitize kennels, dog suites, bathing areas, and play yards
  • Assist with daily animal care including feeding, and monitoring dogs
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized facility at all times
  • Observe dog behavior and report concerns to leadership
  • Follow all safety, cleaning, and animal handling protocols

Schedule Requirements:

  • Weekends and holidays are required
  • Flexible availability (shifts are typically 7AM-4PM)

Physical Requirements (Important):

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to be on your feet most of the day
  • Comfortable working in a physically demanding, fast-paced, wet, and noisy environment

Qualifications:

  • Love of dogs and comfort working hands-on with animals
  • Strong work ethic and attention to cleanliness and detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Reliable attendance and positive attitude
  • Previous experience as a kennel attendant, dog bather, groomer assistant, daycare attendant, or animal care worker is a plus, but not required
