within the early engineering team — ideal for a senior engineer who wants

The Opportunity

  • 0 → 1 platform ownership
    — build and scale core systems from the ground up
  • Full-stack impact
    — React on the frontend + Node/Python services on the backend
  • Real AI in production
    — LLM workflows, RAG pipelines, vector databases & APIs
  • Infrastructure ownership
    — AWS (ECS/EKS), RDS/Postgres, Terraform/CDK
  • Founder partnership
    — direct involvement in architecture and roadmap decisions
  • Leadership exposure
    — mentor engineers and shape engineering culture early

What They're Looking For

  • 6+ years of full-stack engineering experience
  • Strong
    TypeScript + React
    skills
  • Backend expertise with
    Node/NestJS
    , REST APIs & async systems
  • PostgreSQL
    and production-grade database design
  • Hands-on experience owning
    AWS infrastructure
    and Infrastructure-as-Code
  • Experience integrating
    LLM APIs into shipping products
  • Thrives in fast-moving startup environments with high autonomy
