Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our offices data submissions by providing administrative support, managing front desk activities, and assisting with various clerical tasks. This position requires strong organizational skills, excellent customer service abilities, and proficiency in office software. Service writer experience is beneficial but not required for this position.

Duties

  • Manage front desk operations, including greeting customers and vendors along with answering phone calls.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records.
  • Utilize softwares such as QuickBooks for basic accounting tasks and financial record management.
  • Utilize various fleet managment softwares to ensure optimal work flow.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks and other computer software applications.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
  • Ability to type accurately and efficiently.
  • Service writter knowledge/experience prefered.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in administration are advantageous.
