Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated
CADD Drafter
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating accurate drawings of louvers and related architectural products using 2D CAD software. These drawings will be used for submittal to architects and for production purposes, requiring attention to detail and strong coordination between office and manufacturing teams.

This position is
on-site
only (no remote work), with standard hours of
8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday
.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical drawing support.
• Review construction documents to ensure order accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
• Create detailed submittal drawings using CAD software.
• Prepare and complete documentation packages for engineers and architects.
• Coordinate with production and office teams to ensure accuracy and alignment.
• Verify all drawings and production orders for correctness.
• Develop manuals detailing product design, dimensions, and construction.

Qualifications
Required Skills & Abilities

• Proven experience as a Drafter or in a similar role.
• Proficiency with computer-aided design (CAD) software (2D preferred).
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

Education & Experience

• Associate degree in Drafting, Design, or a related field preferred.
• Two (2) years of relevant drafting experience preferred.
