What You'll Do as a Territory Manager:
- Drive revenue within your territory by nurturing existing accounts and acquiring new business.
- Conduct regular in-person visits to HCP offices to meet sales goals and strengthen relationships.
- Leverage CRM tools for territory planning, account tracking, and sales activity reporting.
- Develop and refine strategies to promote our supplements in the practitioner channel.
- Analyze market trends and customer data to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the curve.
- Collaborate with the Director of Practitioner Sales on lead generation, customer follow-up, and issue resolution.
- Provide feedback to marketing and sales operations to enhance educational tools and sales support.
- Conduct educational programs for HCPs and distributor sales representatives through in-person and virtual lunch and learns.
- Build strong, lasting relationships with key industry opinion leaders to expand our reach.
- Utilize Scientific Liaisons and other internal resources to ensure timely responses to customer inquiries.
- Represent Quicksilver Scientific at regional and national conferences and tradeshows in the exhibitor booth.
Who You Are:
You're a results-driven sales professional with a strong background in the health and wellness space, ready to take ownership of your territory. You have:
- 3-5 years of successful outside sales experience, ideally within the practitioner channel (supplements, natural health, pharmaceuticals).
- A data-driven mindset - you can analyze territory data to guide decisions and boost performance.
- Proven ability to present and report on sales activity and outcomes.
- Experience with CRM systems for territory and relationship management.
- Strong understanding of sales strategies, with the ability to close deals and build long-term partnerships.
- Ability to drive sales to a conclusion through persistence and follow-through
Compensation:
We believe in rewarding performance and providing strong earning potential. The compensation package for this role includes:
Base Salary: $80,000 to $90,000 plus monthly and quarterly commissions; Estimated total earnings with commissions $125,000 to $175,000
