Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Porter to maintain the cleanliness and functionality of our facility. The ideal candidate will ensure common areas are clean, assist with minor repairs, and support the overall upkeep of the premises.

Job Duties

  • Clean and sanitize common areas including lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and break rooms

  • Remove trash and recyclables regularly

  • Perform light maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs and minor repairs

  • Respond promptly to cleaning or maintenance requests

  • Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and report shortages

  • Monitor inventory of lot vehicles and check in loads

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $ $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
