Votive, a leader in innovative healthcare technology solutions, is actively seeking a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our passionate team. You will be responsible for creating compelling content, managing our social media presence, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns (e.g., Google AdWords) to drive brand growth and market visibility in the long-term care and compliance software industry. We are looking for a key collaborator who is passionate about achieving measurable success and immediately contributing to the company's mission.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Generation: Write compelling and informative blog articles, website copy, and marketing materials related to the long-term care and compliance industry.
  • Social Media Management: Manage and grow our social media presence (e.g., LinkedIn, X) by creating engaging posts and interacting directly with the public and industry professionals.
  • Paid Advertising: Manage and optimize paid digital campaigns, primarily focusing on platforms like Google AdWords, to maximize reach and lead generation.
  • Marketing Strategy: Monitor performance data and stay current with digital marketing trends to continuously optimize our content and campaigns.
  • Brand Voice: Ensure all outward communication is professional, established, and aligned with Votive's mission.

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven Experience: Documented formal or informal experience planning, executing, and analyzing digital marketing activities (content, social, ads).
  • AdWords Experience (A Plus): Practical experience managing and optimizing paid search campaigns is highly valued.
  • Self-Motivation: Exceptional ability to work independently and manage tasks and deadlines with minimal oversight.
  • Cultural Fit: A strong ability to articulate and demonstrate how your skills and experience will be a direct benefit and contribute to Votive's success.

Work Location and Schedule:

This is a Hybrid Role requiring candidates to be based in the Knoxville, TN area and available to collaborate in our office at least once per week. This position is open to both full-time and part-time arrangements. While Votive maintains a professional standard in our work, our team culture is casual, collaborative, and team-focused.

Compensation and Benefits:

The compensation for this role starts between $ per hour, with the potential for performance bonuses and regular opportunities for pay increases based on individual and company success. Health benefits are available for eligible employees.


As Votive operates within the highly regulated healthcare industry, this position may involve access to Protected Health Information (PHI) and requires strict adherence to HIPAA compliance standards. Votive is currently unable to offer sponsorship for employment work visas; all candidates must possess current and unrestricted authorization to work in the United States.
