Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Location: Lotus Care Center

Job Type: Full-Time or Part-Time (On-site)

What You'll Do:

As a CNA at Lotus Care Center, you'll play a vital role in delivering hands-on care while helping residents feel comfortable, safe, and valued. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Creating a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents
  • Monitoring resident health and promptly reporting changes to the Charge Nurse
  • Assisting residents with mobility and transport throughout the facility
  • Responding promptly and compassionately to call lights and requests
  • Keeping accurate records and notes on resident care
  • Supporting the emotional well-being and dignity of each resident

What We're Looking For:

We want caring professionals who are dependable, proactive, and passionate about working in long-term care. Our ideal candidate will have:

  • A valid CNA certification and CPR certification (required)
  • High School Diploma or GED (preferred)
  • Some training and experience in basic nursing procedures.
  • Strong communication skills in English (speaking and writing)
  • The ability to follow directions, document care, and work as part of a collaborative team

Requirements:

  • Must pass pre-employment screenings (fingerprinting, TB test, drug screen, and physical exam)
  • Open availability is a plus
