What You'll Do:
  • Recruit, train, coach, and mentor a team of 3-6 Mortgage Loan Officers to achieve the bank's objectives.
  • Engage in personal and team originations, supporting your established customer base and originating first and second mortgage loans.
  • Foster strong partnerships with realtors, builders, and financial planners to expand your referral network.
  • Oversee all loan applications, ensuring high-quality submissions and full compliance with regulations.
  • Track mortgage pipelines, manage sales initiatives, and partner with other banking teams to provide integrated financial solutions.
  • Be active and engaged in the market through community outreach to enhance your professional network and the bank's reputation.

Experience & Education:

  • 2-5 years of mortgage sales management experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree in a business-related field.

Skills & Abilities: 

  • You must be an active and highly engaged mortgage professional with a strong referral base. 
  • A strong leader who can motivate and guide a team to meet goals. 
  • Strong business and banking acumen.
