The Hubbell Internship Program is a 10 to 12-week program providing students the opportunity to gain corporate experience, learn about all aspects of our business, and prepare students with the kind of experience needed to have a rewarding career at Hubbell
We are seeking a motivated intern to support our Revenue Operations - Sales Enablement team. This role will assist in developing and organizing sales documentation, crafting strategic playbooks, and designing dynamic presentations that drive sales effectiveness. Solid skills in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook) are required, and basic familiarity with is a plus. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, creative, and eager to learn about sales processes and enablement strategies in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

- Providing a presentation to the local management team at the end of the program.
- Gaining knowledge of the industry as it pertains to the Hubbell business location.
- Gaining experience in planning and organizational skills.
- Working on challenging robust projects that will provide practical experience.
- Assisting with process improvement.
- Managing multiple projects with overlapping tasks and working independently with minimal supervision.
- Providing support and assistance to co-workers as appropriate.
- Enrollment in an accredited university working towards a Bachelor's or Master's Degree related to Business Management, Marketing, Information System or Communications
- Minimum 3.0 GPA (required)
- Experience with Microsoft Office products required.
- Familiarity with a plus.
