C & J Visions is a growing real estate media company that produces high-quality photo and video content for realtors, stagers, and developers. We take pride in our consistency, customer service, and attention to detail — and we're looking for a creative professional who shares that same pride in their work.

About the Role:

We're seeking a skilled Real Estate Photographer & Videographer to capture beautiful, accurate property content throughout South Broward County and the Miami area. This position begins as a 1099 contractor role, with the opportunity to transition into a long-term employee position for the right fit.

What You'll Do:

  • Photograph and film residential and commercial properties.
  • Cull photos and videos to meet brand and client expectations.
  • Communicate professionally with clients on-site.
  • Maintain consistent quality, reliability, and professionalism.
  • Accept constructive feedback and grow with the team.

What You'll Need:

  • Proven real estate photo/video experience (portfolio required).
  • Proficiency in Lightroom, Photoshop.
  • Strong eye for lighting, composition, and storytelling.
  • Professional gear required: full-frame camera, wide-angle lens, gimbal/stabilizer, drone, 360 camera, up-to-date smart phone.
  • Reliable transportation and flexible availability.

Bonus:

  • Drone experience (FAA Part 107 license a plus).
  • Experience creating 360 tours and floor plans, and Final Cut (or similar).
  • Conversational Spanish
