Dallas, Texas, United States Prenuvo Full time

About Us

At Prenuvo, we are on a mission to flip the paradigm from reactive "sick-care" to proactive health care. Our award-winning whole body scan is fast (under 1 hour), safe (MRI has no ionizing radiation), and non-invasive (no contrast). Our unique integrated stack of optimized hardware, software, and increasingly AI, coupled with the patient-centric experience across our domestic and global clinics, have allowed us to lead the change against "we caught it too late again".

At the heart of our product is the Prenuvo scan, a proprietary non-contrast whole body MRI (WB-MRI) that we believe is the safest and most efficient means of extracting global information on a patient's physical health in the shortest time span possible. Patients are then given direct access to their images and the insights provided by the radiologist's interpretation through the Prenuvo's suite of patient-facing personal health applications.

We are looking for a full-time Nurse Practitioner to join our Prenuvo Medical Group. You will collaborate with nurses, physicians, technologists, and radiologists to ensure the delivery of safe and efficient clinical services while maintaining high-quality patient care in a remote and flexible setting.

This is more than just a clinical role—you'll have the opportunity to reshape the patient experience, helping bring proactive healthcare to more people through the use of cutting-edge technology and high-performing interdisciplinary teams. If you're looking for a meaningful opportunity to make an impact at scale, while contributing to the future of care, this is it.

This role is fully remote, but candidates must be located in proximity to a Prenuvo clinic (Dallas TX, Houston TX, Scottsdale AZ, Denver CO, Minneapolis MN) within MST or CST time zone.

Help reshape the world through proactive healthcare while working with cutting-edge technology and high performing teams with deep expertise - join us to make a difference in people's lives

What You'll Do

The Nurse Practitioner will play a critical role in providing comprehensive, patient-centered care and contribute to improving healthcare outcomes and access to quality healthcare services. This is a chance to practice at the top of your license, engage in clinical decision-making, and support patients through key moments of health discovery.

To be successful in this role, you'll bring strong clinical skills, a comfort with digital tools, and a collaborative mindset. We're looking for someone who thrives in innovation-driven environments and is excited by the opportunity to help evolve how care is delivered.

Patient Care:

  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients before MRI procedures, including reviewing medical history.
  • Collaborate with the Prenuvo Medical Group and referring practitioners to determine the appropriateness of MRI procedures for patients.
  • Educate patients about the MRI process, address their questions and concerns, and provide emotional support.

Patient Education and Support:

  • Educate patients on their MRI scan results, findings, and next steps.
  • Provide guidance on lifestyle modifications, self-care, and preventive measures.
  • Offer emotional support, address patient concerns, and promote overall well-being.
  • Communicate findings to patients and assist in explaining the implications of the results.
  • Educate on next steps, treatment options, with the potential to prescribing medications, providing referrals, or coordinating follow-up care as needed.

Documentation and Recordkeeping:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient care.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to patient documentation and confidentiality.

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Collaborate effectively with the radiology team, including radiologists, technologists, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, their families, and other members of the healthcare team to ensure coordinated care.
  • Collaborate with the clinical teams on quality improvement initiatives

What You'll Bring

  • MSN degree and certification from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program (e.g., FNP, AGNP)
  • NP state licenses in a minimum of 3 states (PST, CT time zones)
  • You reside in a PST or CT time zone
  • Minimum 3 years of Nurse Practitioner experience
  • 2+ years in a leadership-type role or demonstrated experience leading projects, initiatives, or team efforts within clinical teams
  • Interest in educating and mentoring other providers and contributing to the growth of a high-performing care team
  • A desire to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment, with enthusiasm for startups, evolving processes, and collaborative problem-solving
  • Comfort with ambiguity and pivots—you're energized by change and see it as an opportunity to improve
  • Background in primary care, radiology, oncology, or concierge medicine preferred
  • Proficiency in performing consults, active listening, and patient education
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills across digital and in-person channels
  • Ability to work independently and cross-functionally in a distributed team
  • High digital fluency and comfort with clinical documentation tools
  • Reliability and motivation—excited by fast-paced work and ready to contribute meaningfully
  • Professional, calm demeanor with patients, coworkers, and healthcare professionals
  • Respect for privacy and confidentiality in all aspects of care
  • Strong time management, good judgment, and ability to multi-task
  • Passion for Prenuvo's mission—ready to grow with a company that values your input

Nice To Have

  • Strong knowledge of MRI safety protocols, contraindications, and potential complications.
  • Prior remote work experience in telemedicine and digital health.
  • Experience managing clinical projects or operations.
