Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Generative AI / Machine Learning Engineer with expertise in Google Cloud Vertex AI, AWS AI/ML services, Deep Learning, LangChain, and LangGraph. The candidate will design, develop, and deploy advanced AI/ML models and frameworks to solve enterprise challenges, while ensuring scalable, secure, and production-ready implementations.
Responsibilities
Design, build, and deploy end-to-end ML pipelines using Google Vertex AI, AWS SageMaker, and cloud-native services.
Develop and fine-tune Large Language Models (LLMs) for enterprise applications.
Implement Generative AI solutions across text, image, and multimodal use cases.
Leverage LangChain/LangGraph frameworks to build AI agents and orchestration flows.
Collaborate with data engineers, scientists, and business stakeholders to integrate AI solutions.
Apply Deep Learning architectures (Transformers, CNNs, RNNs, GANs) for complex use cases.
Establish prompt engineering strategies, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and model fine-tuning.
Ensure compliance with AI security, governance, and ethical guidelines.
Document processes, track metrics, and monitor model performance.
Mandatory Skills
8+ years of experience in AI/ML development.
Strong expertise in Google Vertex AI and AWS ML services (SageMaker, Bedrock, etc.).
Hands-on with LangChain, LangGraph and AI orchestration tools.
Proficiency in Python, SQL, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face.
Solid understanding of LLM fine-tuning, NLP, and Generative AI.
Experience with MLOps, CI/CD, and model monitoring pipelines.
Knowledge of ETL/ELT, structured & unstructured data integration."
