Responsibilities

• Monitor and track the progress of orders from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery.
• Communicate actively with production teams, suppliers, and logistics partners to coordinate schedules and resolve any bottlenecks.
• Prioritize urgent requests and adjust workflows dynamically to meet changing demands.
• Maintain accurate records of shipments, deliveries, and inventory movements for transparency and accountability.
• Assist in resolving discrepancies or delays by investigating root causes and implementing corrective actions promptly.
• Collaborate with warehouse staff to facilitate smooth receipt and dispatch of materials.
• Support the implementation of process improvements aimed at increasing efficiency and reducing lead times.
• Provide clear updates to management regarding order statuses and potential issues that could impact delivery timelines.

Experience

• Previous experience in logistics, supply chain coordination, or inventory management is highly desirable.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills to liaise confidently with internal teams and external partners.
• Proficiency with inventory management software or enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems is a plus.
• Ability to work independently with a proactive attitude toward problem-solving.
