Duties
- Analyze existing IT infrastructure to identify areas for improvement and implement strategic upgrades
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, test, and deploy new software solutions and system enhancements

- Maintain comprehensive documentation of IT processes, configurations, and incident reports for transparency and compliance
