Job Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Commercial Glazing Salesman to join our team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in commercial glazing sales, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage client relationships from initial inquiry through project close-out. This role focuses on business development, client engagement, and providing accurate proposals for glazing projects.
Business Development & Client Relations
Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the commercial glazing market.
Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, architects, building owners, and construction stakeholders.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the sales cycle.
Sales & Estimating
Prepare accurate quotes, proposals, and estimates for glazing projects.
Present product solutions and recommendations based on project needs and specifications.
Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and project scopes to secure new business.
Project Coordination
Work closely with installation and project management teams to ensure project timelines and expectations are met.
Communicate client requirements clearly and support project handoff for execution.
Reporting & Tracking
Track sales performance, pipeline activity, and project opportunities.
Maintain organized records of client interactions, proposals, and follow-ups.
Proven experience in commercial glazing sales or related building materials sales.
Strong understanding of glazing products, systems, and installation processes.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of managing multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with internal teams.
