Description

The Wealth Management Specialist is responsible for the initial engagement of subset advisors in the assigned Growth Team region, connecting advisors to Center of Excellence and Sales Enablement team. Provide support to the Growth Team in delivery of value-added programs and communications to all Tier levels of advisors. This is a hybrid role, 2 days a week in the office. Candidates must be located near one of our offices: Currently we are targeting the (St. Paul & St. Cloud, MN) area as the primary office location.  We will also consider qualifying applicants in the Dallas, TX area as well. 

What you will do: 

  • Establish the subset advisor's relationship with the Sales Enablement team(s) that deliver comprehensive sales support directly to subset advisors & their staff. 
  • For subset advisors, follow up on growth plans and roadmaps progress, tackling roadblocks and encouraging adoption and milestone achievement. 
  • Create a value-add relationship with advisor back-office support with purpose of gaining trust, improving relationships (end client), satisfaction and retention. 
  • Work in collaboration with business development onboarding and sales enablement teams to ensure verified assets are realized on Cetera platform(s) within defined timeframes. 
  • Curate value line driver focused one-to-many webinars for subset advisors. 
  • Provide post-engagement support to Wealth Management Consultants & Regional Growth Team Leader.  

What you need to have: 

  • Bachelor's Degree 
  • Minimum 5 years of Service, Relationship and/or Sales Experience 
  • SIE and Series 7 & 66 licenses 

What We Prefer To Have:

  • Project Management & Organization skill sets
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Teams, Excel Spreadsheet 
  • Ability to help with operations and process changes
  • Field-facing & Presentation is a KEY Preference for this role.
  • Advisory Business Knowledge 

Travel Requirements: Up to 15% for Advisor Facing Engagements & Strategic Cetera Events 

Compensation:  

The annual base salary is $75,000 plus an incentive-based bonus.  Base annual salary depends on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and location. Base annual salary may also differ significantly due to geography and cost of labor considerations.
