Regional Director of Environmental Services (Skilled Nursing)

Are you a hands-on leader who takes pride in creating clean, safe, and welcoming environments for residents, families, and staff? We are conducting a search for a Regional Director of Environmental Services to lead and inspire housekeeping and maintenance teams across multiple skilled nursing and rehabilitation facilities.

This role is perfect for a results-driven leader who can blend operational expertise with people-focused leadership—someone who knows that environmental services aren't just about cleaning and maintenance, but about making residents feel at home.

What You'll Do:

  • Provide regional leadership and oversight to environmental services teams, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Mentor and develop facility-level managers, building strong, engaged, and high-performing teams.
  • Conduct inspections, audits, and follow-ups to maintain top-tier quality and safety standards.
  • Implement best practices and innovative solutions to improve efficiency and resident satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with Administrators, Nursing, and other departments to support facility goals.
  • Drive compliance with infection control policies and ensure survey readiness at all times.
  • Travel regularly to facilities across the region to provide on-site support and leadership.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven leadership experience in environmental services management within skilled nursing or healthcare (multi-site experience preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of infection control, safety, and regulatory compliance in healthcare settings.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and coaching skills.
  • Ability to lead with a balance of accountability and inspiration.
  • Willingness to travel regionally as required.
