Are you a high-energy leader who loves people, thrives in fast-paced environments, and knows how to run a business—not just manage a shift?

The Game Show Challenge is a fast-growing, immersive entertainment company with four locations and more on the way. We're looking for an outgoing, driven General Manager to lead our Charlotte location and help us continue scaling unforgettable guest experiences.

This is a hands-on leadership role. You'll be on the floor, leading the team, interacting with guests, solving problems in real time, and ensuring every group leaves saying, "That was incredible."

What You'll Do

  • Create exceptional, indicates, and memorable experiences for every guest
  • Oversee daily operations, staffing, scheduling, and show execution
  • Hire, train, coach, and develop team members and leaders
  • Maintain operational standards, inventory, and facility readiness
  • Drive group sales and corporate team-building bookings through outreach and follow-up
  • Build relationships with local businesses and community partners
  • Meet monthly sales and performance goals
  • Take ownership—if you see something that needs attention, you handle it

What We're Looking For

  • Outgoing, confident, and comfortable interacting with all types of people
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Sales-minded with strong follow-through
  • Organized, dependable, and calm under pressure
  • Comfortable speaking in front of groups and leading high-energy experiences
  • Management experience preferred (hospitality, entertainment, retail, fitness, events, etc.), but not required for the right person

  • Must be available evenings, weekends, and holidays as business requires
