Patient Service Representative:

Department: MaineHealth Pediatrics Brunswick

Facility Hours: Monday-Friday 7:15AM-5:00PM

Shift: Monday-Friday 8:00AM-4:30PM

Location: Full onsite in Brunswick at 81 Medical Center Drive Suite 2200

The Patient Service Representative (PSR) role will greet patients, answer telephones, schedule appointments, and perform other overall general office duties as assigned.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

  • Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • License/Certifications: N/A
  • Experience: Previous office experience with medical office experience preferred.
  • Additional Skills/Requirements Required: N/A
  • Additional Skills/Requirements Preferred: Proficient computer skills.
