About the Role

We are a high-performing, systems-driven real estate team looking for a Marketing & Junior Operations Intern to support our day-to-day marketing execution and backend operations.

This is a hands-on, real-world internship designed for someone who wants exposure to real estate marketing, operations, and team systems. High performers will have the opportunity to transition into a full-time Marketing or Operations role after 90 days.

ResponsibilitiesMarketing Support

  • Assist with social media posting and content organization
  • Help schedule posts and manage content calendars
  • Support email campaigns, newsletters, and basic CRM marketing tasks
  • Assist with listing marketing materials and event promotions
  • Help organize photos, videos, and digital assets

Operations Support

  • Assist with file organization and compliance documentation
  • Support listing coordination tasks and timelines
  • Help track tasks and deadlines using Brivity
  • Assist with data entry and system updates in Command and MLS
  • Provide general administrative and operational support to the team

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable with technology and learning new systems
  • Interest in marketing, real estate, business, or operations
  • Experience with social media, Canva, or CRMs is a plus (not required)

Growth Opportunity (90-Day Path)

Interns who demonstrate strong performance, reliability, and initiative may be offered a full-time position in marketing, operations, or listing support after 90 days.

Schedule

  • Flexible schedule (based on team needs)
  • Some weekday availability required
  • Occasional weekend support for events or listings (with notice)

Job Type: Internship

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
