Garry Executive Search is proud to be partnering with a highly respected and independent wealth management firm seeking an experienced
Senior Client Service Specialist
to join their growing operations team. This individual will play a key role supporting the firm's advisors and high-net-worth clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery and operational excellence across multiple custodians.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with
7–10 years of experience
in client service or operations within wealth management—someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, understands the nuances of complex client cases, and takes pride in precision and professionalism.

What You'll Do

  • Oversee client onboarding, transfers, and account maintenance
  • Process transactions (journals, wires, checks, etc.) with accuracy and efficiency
  • Serve as a liaison between advisors, clients, and custodians (Schwab, Fidelity, etc.)
  • Manage CRM updates, documentation, and service workflows
  • Support internal process improvements and ensure compliance best practices
  • Handle a mix of client-facing and behind-the-scenes operational duties

What We're Looking For

  • 7–10 years
    of experience in client service, operations, or a similar role within an RIA or independent firm
  • Deep familiarity with custodians like
    Charles Schwab
    and
    Fidelity
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in
    CRM systems, DocuSign, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • A team-oriented mindset with a commitment to long-term growth and excellence

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: $80,000–$95,000 (base and bonus)
