Sales Intern – Canvasser to Sales Expert

Location: Charlotte, NC & Surrounding Areas

Compensation: Paid Internship + Commission Opportunities

About the Role:

We're looking for ambitious, energetic individuals who are ready to take their first step into a professional sales career. As a Sales Intern (Canvasser to Sales Expert), you'll be the face of our company — going door to door, engaging homeowners, and setting appointments for our sales team. This is a lead generation and appointment setting role that offers hands-on experience, professional training, and real growth potential.

What You'll Do:

  • Go door-to-door in assigned territories to generate leads and set appointments alongside a seasoned Sales Manager
  • Engage with homeowners and introduce them to our roofing and restoration services
  • Qualify potential customers and collect accurate information for follow-up
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads
  • Track daily activity and performance goals
  • Represent the company with professionalism, enthusiasm, and confidence
