Front Desk Agent

We are seeking friendly, reliable, and service-oriented Front Desk Agents to join our team at The Atrium Hotel & Suites DFW. This role is the heart of our guest experience—welcoming guests, ensuring smooth check-ins/outs, and supporting hotel operations.
Candidates must be able and willing to safely operate our hotel vehicles as needed.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests with warmth and professionalism
- Perform check-ins, check-outs, and handle guest inquiries
- Answer phones, manage reservations, and resolve guest issues
- Operate the hotel shuttle for airport and local area transportation when scheduled
- Assist with luggage, special requests, and guest needs
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Process payments and follow cash-handling procedures
- Communicate effectively with housekeeping, maintenance, and management
- Support daily hotel operations and ensure a positive guest experience
Requirements
- Valid driver's license and willingness to drive the hotel vehicles
- Strong communication and customer-service skills
- Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced hotel environment
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer skills; experience with hotel PMS systems preferred
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed
Schedule
Full-time or part-time
Shifts may include mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Compensation
Competitive hourly pay, based on experience
