Job Description: We are seeking a passionate and highly skilled Performance Physical Therapist (*Golf Experience a Plus) to join our team. This role is perfect for a dynamic individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to helping clients achieve peak performance. You will work with a diverse clientele, including professional athletes, youth athletes, and fitness enthusiasts, designing and implementing individualized training programs that enhance athletic performance, address the source of pain, reduce injury risk, and promote overall health. We will mentor you - we desire for you to grow professionally and clinically. We will help you grow in your clinical practice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement personalized rehab & training programs based on individual assessments and goals.
  • Conduct movement assessments to identify strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement.
  • Provide 1:1 and group training sessions, ensuring optimal technique and performance.
  • Utilize advanced technology and tools to track progress and adjust programs as needed.
  • Educate clients on injury prevention, recovery strategies, and proper nutrition.
  • Collaborate with other health and wellness professionals to provide a holistic approach to client care.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research and trends in sports science and performance training.
  • Maintain accurate records of client progress and program adjustments.
  • Foster and grow with the company's initiatives and vision

Qualifications:

  • Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree (DPT)
  • *Golf experience a PLUS
  • Proven experience as a physical therapist OR physical therapy clinical experience
  • Strong understanding of human anatomy, biomechanics, and physiology.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to motivate and inspire clients.
  • Proficient in the use of performance assessment tools and technology.
  • CPR and First Aid certified.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Golf experience a plus
