Our Coordinator Specialist earns a starting salary of $48,000 a year (depending on experience). This position is Monday-Friday, and QBW provides a flexible work schedule for our employees. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A COORDINATOR SPECIALIST
Our Coordinator Specialist will act as a liaison between all parties by managing the warranty repair request process. They will work collaboratively with homeowners, our builder members as well as their subcontractors to ensure completion of warranty repairs within standards set by Quality Builders Warranty. They will respond to homeowner inquiries via phone, email as well as our online platform by evaluating homeowner requests, assigning to subcontractors, as well as monitoring the status of repairs to ensure warranty repair schedule is maintained and workmanship meets the quality standards of the homeowner and the company.
As a Coordinator Specialist, you are crucial to our success In order to provide our clients with the very best in home building services, we need someone to manage the complaint resolution process, guiding both builders and homeowners in their warranty responsibilities.
Reviewing, evaluating & interacting with new builders and their homeowners to resolve warranty issues are important responsibilities of this position. You effectively communicate with internal teams and customers to maintain up-to-date company records. Your attention to detail and accuracy help keep our business running smoothly.
You cheerfully handle incoming telephone and email customer inquiries. Your positive, friendly disposition comes through in all of your interactions and our clients and staff enjoy working with you. You are good at establishing procedures and processes to keep everything flowing and organized. You see what needs to be done and jump right in. Your daily contributions help to build our business and customer relationships.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree, preferred
- Proven customer service skills and experience in handling customer complaints
- Ability to successfully manage a variety of priorities simultaneously
- Proficient in CRM systems and word processing
Construction experience is a plus, but not necessarily required. Are you the kind of person who quickly catches on to what needs to be done, and then jumps right in?
