We are seeking experienced Heavy Equipment Operators in Heavy Civil/Earthworks/& Utility Infrastructures.

Timberline has worked with FEMA, state agencies, international governments, the United Nations, IA-TAC III contractors, 8(a)'s, USACE, National Parks Service, United Way, and countless private entities to execute diverse types of construction projects.
Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment in a safe and efficient manner, equipment such as graders bulldozers scrapers, excavators, front-end loaders.
- Knowledge of trenching and shoring standards.
- Responsible for safe slopes on excavations and proper barricading.
- Must be able to locate utilities and other buried lines prior to trenching.
- Other responsibilities include but are not limited to loading & unloading materials, trenching, backfilling, rough grading & finish grading.
- Perform and record equipment inspections daily in Fleetio.
- Perform minor servicing & maintenance or refer major problems to the supervisor.
- Keep machines cleaned & maintained.
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Must have High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Must be able to follow verbal & written instructions.
- Must be able to communicate effectively.
- Must have the ability to read and follow construction blueprints.
- Must possess skills, coordination, & awareness to operate heavy equipment safely with precision & efficiency.
- Must have 2 - 5 years of experience in heavy equipment operation.
- Must have the ability to take instruction & directions from the site Foreman & provide support to other onsite personnel.
Job Type: Full-time
50-65 hours a week
