Role Overview
Emergent MedTech is seeking an experienced Aesthetic Device Sales Manager to drive growth of
our regenerative and energy-based device portfolio, including NeoGen PSR and CellSound.
This role is ideal for a consultative capital equipment sales professional who understands longer
sales cycles, clinical education, ROI-based selling, and relationship-building with medical
professionals. You will be responsible for new business development, territory expansion, and
strategic account growth while working closely with leadership, marketing, and clinical education
teams.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
• Drive capital equipment sales within an assigned territory
• Maintain and expand relationships within existing accounts
• Prospect and close new business, including:
o Competitive accounts
o Non-core or underutilized practices
o New clinics and expanding practices
• Manage the entire sales cycle from lead qualification to contract execution
• Develop and maintain a strong, accurate sales pipeline
Territory & Account Management
• Develop quarterly, monthly, and weekly territory plans
• Maximize face-to-face selling time with key decision-makers
• Build relationships with:
o Owners
o Physicians (MDs, DOs)
o NPs, PAs
o Practice managers and administrators
• Conduct on-site demos, evaluations, and follow-up meetings
• Accurately forecast revenue and submit timely reports
Strategic Collaboration
• Work closely with:
o Regional and executive leadership
o Marketing team (paid leads, inbound, trade-show leads)
o Clinical trainers and educators
• Support trade-show strategy and execution
• Convert paid marketing and event-generated leads into qualified opportunities
• Provide feedback to marketing on lead quality, objections, and messaging
Trade Shows & Events
• Attend and support national and regional trade shows
• Assist with booth setup, demonstrations, and prospect engagement
• Capture and leverage event momentum to drive pipeline growth
• Participate in internal sales meetings, training sessions, and summits
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (preferred)
• 2+ years of B2B sales experience
o Capital equipment or medical device sales strongly preferred
o Aesthetic, regenerative, or energy-based device experience a plus
• Proven track record of:
o Meeting or exceeding quota
o Managing complex sales cycles
o Selling high-ticket solutions ($75k–$250k+)
• Strong understanding of ROI-based selling
• CRM experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, and closing skills
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel regularly
