Job Overview

We are seeking a versatile Graphic Designer who can support our marketing, product, and e-commerce efforts across both print and digital channels. This role is ideal for a creative professional who enjoys being a "jack of all trades"; someone who can design, photograph, write, edit, and bring visual concepts to life from ideation through execution.

You will work closely with the Marketing Team to create consistent, on-brand design assets for our website, product packaging, social media, print collateral, video content, and more. This is a hands-on, highly collaborative, hybrid role located in New York.

Core Responsibilities

  • Design engaging graphics for print, digital, and e-commerce campaigns.
  • Create web assets for Shopify storefronts, including product templates, banners, landing pages, and promotional graphics.
  • Assist in developing page templates and layouts within Shopify.
  • Photograph products and edit photography for web, packaging, and advertising use.
  • Develop packaging concepts and box layouts according to brand guidelines.
  • Support the design of catalogs, brochures, sell sheets, flyers, trade show materials, and manuals.
  • Collaborate with product development to help shape brand direction and visual identity.
  • Write light marketing copy when needed (emails, promo messages, website blurbs, etc.).
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Maintain organized design files and follow brand consistency across media.
  • Capture short-form video content and assist with light post-production/editing. (Not Required)

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
  • Experience with Shopify (or similar e-commerce CMS) including uploading assets, resizing images, and working with page builders.
  • Strong knowledge of layout, typography, color, and brand consistency.
  • Experience with product photography (lighting, staging, cleanup/editing).
  • Comfortable generating short-form and long-form content when needed.
  • Familiarity with preparing files for print (bleeds, crop marks, dielines, packaging).
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Must be based in New York and comfortable working on site.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have

  • Experience with animation or motion graphics (After Effects or Canva animations).
  • Familiarity with email marketing design (Klaviyo, HubSpot, Mailchimp).
  • Knowledge of Amazon listing image standards or infographics a plus.
  • Experience producing infographics, blog graphics, and branded social media templates.
  • UI/UX awareness for better landing page experience and visual hierarchy.
  • Ability to storyboard or assist with basic product demo videos.
  • Video knowledge (shooting for social + light editing in Premiere Pro or similar).

Job Type: Full-time
