Licensed Physical Therapist (Flexible Scheduling)

Outpatient Ortho - Ivy Rehab Physical Therapy

• 680B Kingsborough Square (across from the Chesapeake Medical Center)

• Bi-weekly bonus structure – completely controlled by the PT, not the financial success of the clinic. Earn up to $1,200 a month on top of your regular salary.
• Enjoy a balanced caseload consistent with local outpatient ortho benchmarks (~55–60 patients per week) and a scheduled time for documentation to support quality care and efficiency
• Mentorship for new grads, seasoned clinicians, and aspiring leaders or clinic owners.

• $80,000 to $100,000/year depending on experience level, hours per week, certs, etc.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Program
• Current or pending state licensure as a Physical Therapist required (New grads are encouraged to apply)
• A passion for delivering exceptional patient care and achieving outstanding outcomes
• A commitment to ongoing learning and professional development
