Program Manager

Duties are as follows:

  • TO Project Manager shall organize, plan, schedule, implement, control, analyze, and report on all elements of the contract.
  • The TO Project Manager shall be prepared at all times to present and discuss the status of contract activities, requirements, and issues.
  • The TO Project Manager shall function as an administrator of the ReMAG Application.
  • They shall ensure the ReMAG Team is trained to use the ReMAG Application.
  • They shall oversee the ReMAG Team's request processes to ensure compliance with the ReMAG Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • They shall frequently monitor open ReMAG requests and correspondence to ensure the timely processing of requests.
  • The TO Project Manager also monitors the quantity of FF&E assigned to requests from the TSA Warehouse to prevent overallocation of limited resources.
  • They also track and identify those FF&E with low inventory.

The Contractor shall ensure that the TO Project Manager meet the following qualifications:

· Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager.

· Minimum of 3 years of experience with the process and activities associated with the deployment, relocation, transportation, and decommissioning of Transportation Security Equipment (TSE) and associated FF&E equipment.

· Familiarity with the Planning Guide and Design Standards (PGDS) for Checked Baggage Inspection Systems (CBIS) and the Checkpoint Requirements and Planning Guide (CRPG).

· Excellent written and oral communication skills.

· Familiarity with the Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Visio.

· Comparable experience as determined by the COR.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $82, $99,617.17 per year
