Job Description

Full-Time Assistant General Store Manager needed. MUST have knowledge and experience in Pool Chemistry, Pool Cleaning, and Installation of Pool Equipment. The objective of this role is to lead, train, and develop the associates of the organization. Key carrying responsibilities for this manager include opening and closing the store. Pool Industry experience is preferred. Working knowledge of pool equipment, installations, pressure washing, rescreening, pool renovations, and etc would prove helpful.

Job Type: Full-time, Salary position with bonuses available. Must be able to work all hours and shifts to be able to monitor all associates to develop them to be the best they can be.

Likely work schedule would be Week 1 Sun - Thurs with Fri and Sat off, Week 2 Mon-Fri with Sat and Sun off, Week 3 Tues-Sat with Sun and Mon off and Week 4 Wed - Sun with Mon and Tue off.

Experience:

  • Pool Cleaning Technician (Preferred)
  • Pool Equipment Installation (Preferred)
  • Pool Store Associate (Preferred)
