This role is fast-paced, detail-driven, and centered around delivering a clean, organized, and efficient operation every shift.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to exact standards for quality and timing.
  • Operate the POS accurately, process orders quickly, and maintain smooth guest flow.
  • Interact with customers in a direct, positive, and professional manner.
  • Keep workstations, equipment, and shared areas clean, stocked, and organized.
  • Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures with no shortcuts.
  • Support kitchen and service operations during rushes
  • Communicate clearly with teammates and contribute to a focused, high-energy environment.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience in restaurants or quick service is helpful, but not required.
  • Solid understanding of basic food safety and sanitation.
  • Able to learn POS systems quickly and handle transactions accurately.
  • Strong time-management; stays composed and productive during busy periods.
  • Confident communication and a consistently positive attitude.
  • Shows up, takes feedback, and wants to improve every week.

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week
