Duties

  • Provide expert barbering services including haircutting, beard trimming, straight razor shaves, and grooming consultations to meet each client's unique style preferences.
  • Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by thoroughly cleaning tools and workstations between appointments to ensure client safety and hygiene compliance.
  • Offer personalized product recommendations and upselling opportunities based on client needs, boosting retail sales and enhancing the client experience.
  • Mentor junior team members by sharing techniques in hair styling, nail care, makeup application, and customer service best practices to foster professional growth within the team.

Requirements

  • Valid cosmetology or barbering license issued by the state or relevant licensing authority.
  • Proven experience in barbering with strong skills in haircutting, straight razor shaves, and grooming services.
  • Commitment to maintaining high sanitation standards following industry regulations for safety and hygiene.
  • Excellent communication skills to connect with clients effectively and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to manage store operations including front desk responsibilities, retail sales, etc.
