We have an opening for a Payroll Analyst

Full time | AM shift

What You'll Do:
The Payroll Analyst is responsible for validating employee timecards, preparing payroll audit reports, EPOB reports and tracking employee statistics.

Responsibilities include:
Reviews time cards for accuracy; notify department supervisors of any missed time clock punches for ; monitor timecards for employee missed or late meals; Educate department supervisors and/or employees on rules for using the timeclock to avoid future manual entries, Run periodic reports; Monitor attendance records including absenteeism, tardiness, and call-offs, and other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Education & Experience:
  • High School degree or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 2 years healthcare experience in accounting and/or payroll highly desired
  • General knowledge of Federal and State employment and wage laws
  • Health care industry preferred
  • Expert level Microsoft Excel required
  • ADP, UKG Payroll system and Doc Link experience helpful
  • Sensitivity to and willingness to interact with persons of various social, cultural, economic and educational backgrounds
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize projects, work relatively independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines
  • Demonstrated commitment to working collaboratively as well as possessing the skills to lead, influence, and motivate others
  • Maintains confidentiality of information at all times
  • Good judgment, problem solving and decision-making skills
  • Experience with managing complex and detailed records
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Aurora Charter Oak Hospital has been delivering Behavioral Health Treatment Services for over 83 years. We are located on 10 acres of beautifully landscaped grounds in Covina, California. Covina is about 22 miles east of downtown Los Angeles, in the San Gabriel Valley, close to 10, 60 and 210 FWY.
