About This Role
Join ITF as Associate Director, Brand Insights, where you will be responsible for leading the ongoing Market Research and/or Competitive Intelligence efforts for our in-market product DUVYZAT (givinostat) in Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy.
As a key member of our team, you will create integrated insights and recommendations, and drive alignment for action, by leveraging technical expertise, and proactively exploring deeper links across sources of information.
Reporting to the Director of Brand Insights, this role is highly integrated with internal teams and partnered with our external vendors. You will present and communicate meaningful integrated insights to the relevant stakeholders across the organization.
This role will be hybrid, so candidates applying must be willing and able to come to our office in Concord, MA with regularity.
What You'll Do
- Plan and execute market research project and competitive intelligence analysis with the support of the Director of Brand Insights and aligned with business need
- Lead market research projects, including identification of market research needs, vendor selection, design, execution and interpretation of results
- Identify insight needs and hypotheses, and proactively recommend approaches to address these needs, including innovative techniques and methodologies
- Proactively identify and communicate key market opportunities and brand risks
- Manage all competitive intelligence activities within the brand category, and develop insights into competitor strategy and tactics, with support of CI vendor
- Deliver CI alerts and provide timely updates on the evolving competitive landscape
- Execute CI workshops and medical conference CI planning
- Distill insights to provide the most meaningful impact for different audiences

Required Skills
- 8+ years of related and progressive experience in biopharma market research and/or competitive intelligence experience
Preferred Skills
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or scientific field
- MBA or advanced degree is a plus
- 3+ years on client side, consulting experience is a plus
- Proven track record of thriving in a high-paced, small company or entrepreneurial environment
- Thorough understanding of drug commercialization process, product life cycle, and the cross functional responsibilities of the departments in a biopharma company
- Demonstrated experience integrating and synthesizing information from multiple sources as needed to address business needs
- Ability to travel for key business events, conferences, advisory boards, etc., in the Us and internationally per business needs
Additional Information
The base compensation range for this role is: $205,000 - $220,000. Compensation is determined through an analytical approach utilizing a combination of factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills & experience, job location, and internal equity.
