Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality behavioral therapy and support to individuals, particularly children, with developmental disabilities and autism. You will utilize your expertise in applied behavior analysis to assess patient needs, develop treatment plans, and implement strategies that promote positive behavioral changes. Your work will directly impact the lives of those you serve, fostering their growth and independence.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations and behavioral assessments for clients.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment results and client needs.
- Implement evidence-based interventions using applied behavior analysis techniques.
- Collect and analyze data to monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to care.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Provide training and support to staff on behavioral strategies and interventions.
- Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in the field of behavioral health.
Requirements
- Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is required.
- Experience working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism.
- Strong knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques and special education practices.
- Proficiency in data collection methods and analysis for tracking client progress.
- Familiarity with medical terminology, medical records, and patient assessment protocols.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with clients and families.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to ethical standards in patient care.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $86, $104,209.36 per year
