We are seeking an energetic, customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team in Dallas, TX. As a Retail Sales Associate you will:

  • Provide excellent customer service and assist customers in finding and selecting merchandise
  • Have extensive product knowledge and be able to make recommendations
  • Process purchases at register, collect payments, issue receipts
  • Merchandise products by displaying items, stocking shelves, rotating inventory
  • Maintain shop appearance by cleaning floors, shelves, displays
  • Build customer loyalty through friendly interactions and sales assistance
  • Work cooperatively with team members to ensure sales floor is neat, clean and well-organized

Requirements:

  • 1+ years retail sales experience preferred
  • Strong verbal communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to move or lift merchandise up to 30 lbs
  • Weekend, evening, and holiday availability
  • High school diploma or GED required
