Competitive Compensation & Benefits
- Target range is
$80K-$110K+
, commensurate with experience, plus:

What You'll Do

  • Prepare and review individual, partnership, S-Corp, and C-Corp tax returns.
  • Review staff-prepared work and provide feedback, training, and mentorship.
  • Work directly with clients to gather information and answer questions.
  • Maintain accurate workpapers and ensure compliance with tax laws and deadlines.
  • Contribute to process improvements and efficiency initiatives.

What You've Got

  • 3+ years of professional tax preparation experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field required.
  • Experience reviewing returns for accuracy and completeness.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office; UltraTax experience a plus.
  • CPA preferred but not required.
